Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Oreylo garment tags remain intact and the product is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
